A synagogue was transformed to embrace ecology and foster community spirituality. This was the first LEED Platinum-certified Synagogue and won a 2022 design award from AIA San Francisco. The landscape detailing and planting design was refined through construction documentation while working at GLS and for Field Architecture. Photography by Joe Fletcher
